Ephesians 4:12 says we at to “equip the saints (God’s people) for works of service”. We offer TRAINING for saints to help fulfill the Great Commission to make disciple-making disciples which is different from just making disciples.
We start by working with our customized Memory Verses using the Topical Memory System (TMS) developed by The Navigators. Then we use one of our customized sets of memory cards during the coaching phase when an individual fulfils their pledge to start mentoring / training another trainee. Each person we train should be able to mentor and train others. We offer coaching with a proven system or plan. We are intentional in the duplication of this plan.
We offer personal encouragement and a prayer partner. We all need the benefits and training even during our monthly coaching calls. Most of the participants choose to stay connected and involved.
