About Us

As a chaplain ordained in 1983, I continue to serve as a coach, counselor, and mentor to encourage and equip saints for the works of service as directed in Ephesians 4.  After many years serving in the healthcare industry (hospital finance, hospital chaplaincy, etc), I earned both of my degrees from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.  I then spent a decade as a Mid-South regional director for the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA) where I also served as the national director of Medical Marriage & Family  Ministries.  I initiated the program for the marriage enrichment retreats after offering a few weekend marriage retreats targeting the couples in residency training.  I was recruited to serve with The Navigators on the Business & Professional Team with their Physicians Discipleship Ministries being based at the Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs.  We offered several enrichment retreats for couples and families of physicians and dentists.  Our organization based in the Franklin Tennessee area, is  HIM dba Biblical Mentoring.  Our mentoring / training sessions are for anyone interested who will commit to mentoring / training others in Christ.  There are plans to provide spiritual wellness in the form of our Biblical Mentoring for cancer patients seeking to maintain wellness training and activities.   The focus of our team is on training for life-to-life mutual mentoring sessions mostly by weekly 30 minute phone calls.  We are a group of committed disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ who are seeking to be faithful to His Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 to “go and make (train) disciples” who are disciple-making disciples.
